The hotel is a bit small but turns into a lively bar for locals in the evenings. The rooms were very bare and only adapted for sleeping, no place to sit comfortably. The service lacked order and seemed understaffed at night, while the day staff was very friendly and showed care. The location is excellent in downtown Borås, with garage parking, but it can be noisy for a good night's sleep. The dining experience had a larger variety than expected, including lactose-free alternatives for everything. The facilities were limited. Expensive for the value.
